Submit your professional or student application using the email you will shop with. Signing up for our newsletter or creating a regular customer login is not a professional application.

Get your account instructions
Your application confirmation means we received your details—not that every brand’s pricing is ready. Follow your access email. If salon pricing is missing, reply to sales@glamconcepts.com with your application email; do not apply again.

Sign in & choose your salon
Use the application email and the newest one-time code Shopify sends. Keep the original sign-in tab open while checking your email. If offered a personal or business/salon profile, choose your salon/business profile. No Shop app download is needed.

Place your unpaid order
Browse products or use the AEI quick-order sheet. Check the product name, shade, size, quantity and salon price before continuing. Ga.Ma uses fixed salon prices, so you may see “Salon price” rather than a percentage discount. At checkout, use Payment by Invoice and click Complete order. This creates your regular unpaid Shopify order and order confirmation; no card is charged. We review the order before sending your separate final payment invoice.

Review your invoice, then pay
We confirm availability, any substitutions, shipping and applicable tax before sending your final invoice and payment link. Pay that invoice when received. We verify professional credentials before shipping; submitting a request does not guarantee stock or shipment.
Shipping and minimums: shipped professional/wholesale orders have a $200 merchandise minimum. Shipping is added to the final invoice; a $0 or “Free” placeholder at checkout is not a promise of free wholesale shipping. Denver pickup is free with no minimum. Retail shipping rules do not apply to shipped wholesale orders.

I’m signed in, but I don’t see salon pricing.
Check that you used your application email and, if prompted, chose your salon/business profile rather than personal shopping. Fixed salon prices may not show a discount badge. If the price still looks wrong, stop and email sales@glamconcepts.com with the product and your application email. We can check your access and help with an invoice—do not submit another application.
I keep getting sent back to sign-in.
Open glamconcepts.com directly in Safari or Chrome rather than an Instagram/Facebook in-app browser. Keep one sign-in tab open, retrieve the newest emailed code in another tab, and return to the first tab. You do not need a Shop app account or a new password. If it still loops, email sales@glamconcepts.com. Never send us your one-time code.
My application stays on Submit. What should I do?
If the button keeps spinning and you never see “Application received,” try the application in a fresh private/incognito window in Safari or Chrome. This can clear a stuck Shopify verification session. If you already received a confirmation or welcome email, do not apply again—sign in with that email. Still stuck? Email sales@glamconcepts.com with your name and application email so we can help.
I submitted an order—where do I pay?
Your Shopify order confirmation confirms that your unpaid order was placed. It is not the final payment invoice. We send that invoice separately after reviewing stock, shipping and applicable tax; use the payment link in that invoice. Check spam/junk and contact sales@glamconcepts.com with your order number if you cannot find it. Please do not place the same order again.
