Shipping at a glance

Retail-priced products generally ship free. Eligibility is determined by product and destination and will be shown at checkout.

Professional and wholesale orders always carry shipping. Checkout may initially display $0 because shipping is added to the final wholesale invoice after product availability and order details are reviewed.

The $200 professional minimum is an order minimum, not a free-shipping threshold. Meeting the minimum does not waive shipping.

Why professional shipping varies

Developers, coactivators, backbar shampoos and conditioners, and other liquid or large-format products can be unusually heavy relative to their price. Shipping charges reflect the contents, weight, destination, and practical packaging required for the order.

We select the most economical practical shipping method and work to send orders promptly. Many dense or liquid orders travel in carrier flat-rate packaging when that is the best fit, but the service used may vary.

Mixed retail and professional orders

If an order contains both retail-priced and professional or wholesale products, professional shipping may be added to the final wholesale invoice. Retail free-shipping eligibility does not waive shipping on the professional portion of the order.

Denver pickup and delivery

Free pickup is available at 1520 Wazee St., Denver, Colorado, when shown at checkout. On-demand Denver-area delivery may be available by arrangement and may carry a separate delivery fee.

Timing and confirmation

We review professional orders for availability before invoicing. Most in-stock orders are prepared or shipped promptly, but timing can vary by product, destination, weather, carrier conditions, and special-order availability.
